The Farrier has launched a new series of intimate supper clubs headed up by its three Michelin star trained chef, Ash Finch. Taking place on the last Thursday of each month, The Farrier will host The Farrier Dining Club; a six course tasting menu with optional wine pairing. Each month will centre around a unique food concept or seasonal produce, giving Ash the chance to express his creativity, and showcase the best ingredients he can find.
November’s edition of The Farrier Dining Club is a ‘Homage to Fromage’, a menu for cheese lovers to indulge their passion in every dish. The menu will feature five different British cheeses from a range of cheesemakers around the UK including our neighbours, The Cheese Shop, in Camden Market. The menu will take you on a journey in much the same way as you would eat a cheese board, ranging from the milder cheeses through to the stronger stuff.
Expect dishes such as ‘St Ella Goats Cheese Baked in House Sourdough with a Smoked Caramelised Apple’ and ‘Beef Shin with Duck Fat Roasted Parsnip, Brunswick Blue and Fermented Blackberry’.
